Microsoft PowerPoint Course

Design & deliver professional presentations the easy way

Duration: 1 day

Description

PowerPoint is arguably the most powerful presentation software on the market.

Whatever your current level of ability, this course will teach you how to put together a presentation correctly, easily, quickly and with confidence.

You'll master the basics of good slide design using the graphics tools, charts, Smart Art, video, audio and masters to design slick, cohesive, consistent slide shows that are easy to maintain

You'll also discover how to add some pizzazz using transitions and animations and how to set up the show correctly and use some of the live tools to control your presentation like a pro.

Prerequisites

You must have some basic computer knowledge and be able to use a mouse. Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel charts will be helpful but is not essential.

Whether you have never opened PowerPoint before, dabbled a little or used a lot, this course offers something for you and the training will be adapted to your level.

Versions Taught

Our computers are installed with the latest version of Office. Currently that is PowerPoint 2019 / PowerPoint 365 (desktop).

If you have an earlier or PowerPoint such as PowerPoint 2016 or PowerPoint 2013 we will explain any key differences during the training.

Still using PowerPoint 2010 or earlier? It's time to say goodbye to an old friend and upgrade! Microsoft don't support this version any more.
